We help individuals who feel disconnected or stuck, identify and release personal blockages holding them back. Using personalized readings, shadow work, energy healing, and mindset tools we guide them towards peace, clarity, and emotional freedom.
Kirsten and Tori were business friends who realized their combined vision to help others was greater than themselves. In 2025 Soul & Shadow was created.
Tori
Tori started her spiritual journey in 2018 and this lead her to learning how to read runes, oracle, and tarot cards. During her journey, she realized her ability to connect with spirit guides, and passed loved ones. In 2025 she joined a two-year intensive mediumship program to strengthen her skills and ability to connect with Spirit.
Tori became a certified Vibrational Sound Healer in 2022 and a Reiki Practitioner in 2023. She continues to educate herself on magickal practices, mindfulness, and how to help others connect with Spirit.
Tori’s readings help you to understand the forces currently at play in your life and help you to realize that Spirit is always there to guide you. Her energy healings combine her training in Reiki, Sound Healing and other intuitive guidance to create an experience unique to you and your needs.
Kirsten
Kirsten started reading tarot cards in 2003 and started her shadow work journey in 2008. Through her healing journey, she cultivated practical tools, mindset strategies, and transformative practices that help individuals understand themselves on a deeper level, identify hidden blocks, and move towards real healing.
Kirsten continues to educate herself in the knowledge of emotions, cognitive function, and the shadow aspects of the human psyche.
Kirsten is an expert tarot reader and shadow worker who helps you get to the root of your issues. Her energy healings also come with messages from shadow to help you heal, harmonize, and love yourself.
